Most of the parties and boat parades happen on this canal, as during Queen’s Day and Gay Pride. There you will find also the famous Noordermarkt - with lots of restaurants and bars – with an organic market (offering clothes and flowers too) on Saturdays and a must go flea market on Mondays.

You will be staying just 2 minutes walk away from the Anne Frank House and the Westerkerk. Central Station, Dam Square, The Royal Palace, Nieuwmarkt, The 9 Little Streets and the Flower Market are also just a few minutes walk, but if you wish to go further, you will find it very easy with all public transport very close by.
