How to Book

To send us an inquiry:

1. Check the availability for the accommodation of your preference on the calendar (Availability tab).
2. Click on the desired check-in date to open the Booking Request Form.
3. Fill out the form with your contact info. You will be able to confirm this information before finishing the booking process. Please check if your e-mail address is really correct, otherwise we cannot reach you.
4. You will receive a detailed quote and availability confirmation between 10 minutes and 24 hours. The time depends if our office is open or not. Please be aware that requests in the weekends can take longer to be answered.

Notes:

  • Even if the date on the calendar is free, we need to double check the availability, because - rather than hotels that have many rooms in the same address - private accommodations are unique. It can happen therefore that another reservation was confirmed by other sources before our calendar was updated. Our excuse if this happens.
  • Although each property requires a minimum of nights, it is possible to accept less than the minimum – but only in case the booking fits well in the calendar. We will make it clear on our reply to your inquiry.
  • For payment and cancellation policies, please consult our General Conditions.

The confirmation of your reservation:

1. If you agree with the price and conditions, you just need to reply our offer saying that you want to confirm the reservation.
2. We will send you then a payment request, which is actually an online payment button, that you can do it yourself using your credit card or eventually a PayPal account (not compulsory).
3. We will send your booking confirmation as soon as the deposit is received. This confirmation has all necessary information for your check-in, including directions from the airport and Central Station.
