This recently inaugurated lodging is in one of the last virgin beaches between Buzios and Cabo Frio, beside a protected reserve of native vegetation. The infrastructure is not completely finished, but the penthouse studio is totally finished.

The studio has room for up to 4 persons, with an american kitchen, a wonderfull barbecue area, and a superb view to the beach.

You have to go by car, because there are no restaurants or shops at a walking distance.

About the neighborhood

This recently inaugurated lodging is located in one of the most beautiful and unexplored beaches of the blue cost, right between Buzios and Cabo Frio. There is nothing but native vegetation between your apartment and the beach.

Dispite of this isolation, you will be 15 minutes by car from Cabo Frio or Buzios, where you will find everything you need, from shops to restaurants and the famous beaches. Have in mind that the last two kilometers of the road to the lodging are not paved yet.
