About the neighborhood

Although Leme is an extension of Copacabana, it is not very much touristic: you will find there more locals, just leaving their lives around the sea and the beach: fishermen, surfers, people working out or just walking on the ‘calçadão’, as we call the large footpath at the beach. Coconut water or a “caipirinha” at the sunset is a must. On the weekends it gets very busy, especially during the summer season.
